Ingredients 1 tsp Chaga Power (brewed in 1 cup of boiled water for 5 minutes)2 cups red grapefruit juice (squeezed from 2 grapefruits)2 to 4 tbsp honey1 cinnamon stick1/2 teaspoon whole allspice berries Method In a medium pot, combine chaga tea, grapefruit juice, honey, cinnamon, allspice. Mint and Chaga Tea

Ingredients 3 VitaliTEA bags950ml water1 (4cm) piece orange peel8 sprigs fresh mint3 tbsp sugar Method Boil the water, add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn off the heat.Drop the tea bags and the orange peel into a teapot. Rip the mint leaves and drop them in too.Pour the water into the teapot, put the lid on and allow to steep for about 10 minutes.Use tea strainer when serving.
