Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail First Class Signed to ship the goods. It usually takes 1 - 2 days for orders to be dispatched. Once they are dispatched they usually arrive next day. Subject to normal service of Royal Mail.

As standard the cost of shipping is free for orders over £50 in UK, over £100 in EU and the Rest of the World (we reserve the right to change the shipping rate for remote locations, if in doubt please contact us at info@chagaproducts.co.uk). 

Otherwise the standard shipping is £4.45 for United Kingdom and £8.70 for EU. 

You will be responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes applicable to your country.
