1 tsp Chaga Power (brewed in 1 cup of boiled water for 5 minutes)
2 cups red grapefruit juice (squeezed from 2 grapefruits)
2 to 4 tbsp honey
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon whole allspice berries
In a medium pot, combine chaga tea, grapefruit juice, honey, cinnamon, allspice. Bring to a boil over high heat; strain and discard solids. Serve warm or cool.
