Pumpkin Puree Spiced With Chaga


  • 1 tsp  Chaga Power
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2  pepper (chilli if you like)
  • 1 small or half pumpkin (if it’s big)
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower or olive-as you like)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt





Cut & peel the pumpkin, cut all the vegetables as well.
Roast all the vegetables a little in the oil, first roast garlic and onion then carrot, pumpkin &  pepper. Add tomato paste, sugar & salt.
Brew half cup of Chaga Power, strain, add lemon juice & mix it.
Pour all the roasted vegetables, pumkin pieces & Chaga with lemon into the blender , or mix it with hand mixer until it becomes a consistent  paste.
