Chaga Chia Pudding

Chaga Chia Pudding

Chaga Chia Pudding

  • Chaga Power, 1 tsp
  • Banana
  • Chia seeds 2 tsps
  • Hot water
  • Ice
  • Bluberries (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Add 100 ml (half a mug) of  boiling  water to chaga powder. Use a coffee filter or a disposable tea bag for the powder. Let it cool by adding the ice.

Cut banana and mix it with the cooled chaga tea in the blender.

Pour the mixture in a cup and add chia seeds. Mix it well. You can also add honey here to make it sweeter but it is optional. If banana is ripe enough the pudding will be sweet already.

Leave in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Decorate with berries.

Why It is So Good

The Chaga Chia pudding is an all round beautiful snack. You get protein and calcium from chia seeds, energy from banana and of course lots of antioxidants from the chaga powder.

Banana makes the texture nice and creamy while chaga powder adds gentle nutty taste.

No milk, only healthy protein, carbohydrates and fats,  entirely gluten free. Great for breakfast or as a snack in between meals.
