Chaga Infused Vodka
Ingredients
- 60 ml Vodka
- 1 tsp Chaga Power
- 150 ml Water
- 2 tsp Orange Blossom Honey
Method:
Boil the water and pour directly on to the Chaga Powder in a container. Then add your vodka (we used Absolut) in the tea whilst still hot, and then your honey. Give it a stir, cover with kitchen foil and leave for 15 minutes.
Filter with a coffee filter into a new clean container and when cool put in fridge.
You can do whatever cocktail you like or just drink it on the rocks if you like. I decided to make a “Chagaroni”, a spin on the Italian classic cocktail Negroni.
Chagaroni:
- 25ml of Chaga Vodka
- 25ml of Campari
- 25ml of Punt E Mes
- Ice
Add all the different components together over ice and give it a good good shake and pour straight into a chilled tumbler with fresh ice.
